How to Start a Return

Please log in and submit your request via My Account → Returns. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns may be accepted for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
  • Please submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the condition received, unless the return is due to shipping damage.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrived damaged, please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label in your return request.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
